About The Role

We are looking for an AI Video Editor who can turn AI-generated clips into engaging, coherent and emotionally compelling micro dramas.

You will work with AI Filmmakers and Content Producers to combine footage, dialogue, sound and visuals into seamless storytelling experiences.

You will own the final editorial quality of each episode, ensuring natural story flow, character consistency and meaningful scene progression.

What You'll Do

  • Edit AI-generated clips into engaging micro-drama episodes.
  • Translate scripts and briefs into compelling visual narratives.
  • Create hooks, dramatic moments, twists and cliffhangers through editing.
  • Maintain continuity across characters, costumes, environments and visual styles.
  • Fix AI-generated issues, including distortions, unnatural movements and lip-sync errors.
  • Refine pacing, shot selection and transitions for engaging viewing.
  • Integrate dialogue, music and sound effects to enhance emotional impact.
  • Collaborate with AI Filmmakers and Content Producers to resolve creative and technical issues.
  • Ensure episodes meet storytelling and visual quality standards.
  • Maintain organised project files and efficient workflows.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in video editing or post-production.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, continuity and narrative structure.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.
  • Understanding of hooks, emotional beats, twists and cliffhangers.
  • Ability to identify and fix inconsistencies in AI-generated footage.
  • Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
  • Comfort working with AI-generated video and evolving workflows.
  • A portfolio showcasing editing and storytelling skills.

  • Editorial quality and coherence of finished episodes.
  • Storytelling, pacing and continuity.
  • Timely delivery and adherence to production standards.
  • Editing efficiency and reduced rework.
  • Contribution to watch time, retention and show completion rates.
