AI Workplace (M365) & Copilot Studio Developer (Senior Consultant)

BearingPoint is looking for a Copilot Studio Developer to help clients design and build intelligent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and the wider Power Platform ecosystem. This is a client-facing role focused on building secure, scalable solutions that automate business processes, improve productivity, and extend Microsoft 365 with custom data and actions.

What you will do

Design, build, test, and deploy custom solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Develop workflows, actions, and integrations across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, and external systems.

Work with clients to identify useful business scenarios and translate requirements into effective Copilot Studio solutions.

Support governance, testing, optimisation, and controlled rollout across enterprise environments.

Create technical documentation and contribute to demos, workshops, and solution design activities.

What we are looking for

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Strong Power Platform experience, especially Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and connectors.

Experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or custom connectors.

Good understanding of Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.

Strong communication skills and the ability to convert business requirements into working technical solutions.

Desirable

Experience with Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, or Power Fx.

Azure AI or Microsoft Graph experience.

Consulting or client-facing delivery experience.

Power Platform certifications or related Microsoft certifications.
