- Carry out all activities in a manner that will contribute to the achievement of individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a customer-centric approach thereby helping to avoid occurrence of errors and take preventive measures to eliminate repetition of errors.
- Take responsibility for handling daily FinOps tasks in line with process IOPs and ensure consistent service quality at all times.
- Possess solid business knowledge and process understanding to deliver value-added effective business solutions for customers.
- Comprehend business criticality and prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Strictly adhere to process requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) in daily operations.
- Proactively identify process deviations from IOPs and timely report relevant issues to customers and reporting supervisors.
- Respond to all customer enquiries in a timely and accurate manner, and escalate obstacles and difficulties in accordance with SOPs and IOPs requirements.
- Maintain efficient and proactive communication by regularly participating in client conference calls to ensure smooth and seamless process flow.
Required experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree from a university or business school.
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Logistics is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
- Proficient in MS Office software, including Word and Excel.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing stable and positive working relationships.
- Result-oriented: proactive in pursuing work outcomes and success, able to sense work urgency, push issues to closure, and persist in overcoming difficulties and resistance.
- Strong team player with a collective "We first" work mindset.
- Solid stakeholder management capabilities and relevant working experience.
- Flexible and adaptable to business requirement changes.
- 1-3 years of working experience in the customer service industry.
