What You Can Expect :

  • Gestionar cotizaciones y licitaciones de corto, mediano y largo plazo, negociando condiciones competitivas con agentes y proveedores.
  • Administrar y actualizar tarifarios de importación y exportación Air/Ocean, gastos locales y condiciones de proveedores en los sistemas.
  • Garantizar la integridad y precisión de contratos, tarifas, costos, profits y demás información asociada a las operaciones.
  • Analizar y gestionar lowers rates, pending open y solicitudes de cotización de importación/exportación Air/Ocean.
  • Coordinar con agentes y proveedores la corrección de inconsistencias en tarifas y condiciones negociadas, minimizando impactos y demoras operativas.
  • Registrar y validar los costos negociados por embarque para facilitar la aprobación de facturas de proveedores.
  • Brindar soporte a las diferentes áreas en negociaciones con agentes y proveedores.
  • Mantener comunicación permanente con el líder de producto, agentes y oficinas, realizando la clarificación y negociación del profit (IHC) según cada operación.
  • Atender oportunamente solicitudes de tarifas y extensiones recibidas por correo, garantizando cumplimiento de tiempos y condiciones requeridas.

What You Bring:

  • Profesional en Negocios Internacionales, Administración de Negocios, Finanzas, Relaciones Internacionales, Ingeniería Administrativa o carreras afines, o experiencia equivalente.
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en cargos de Pricing o similares.
  • Inglés B1–B2.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office y Excel intermedio–avanzado.
  • Capacidad analítica, negociación, orientación al resultado, atención al detalle y gestión oportuna de requerimientos.
