Drive competitive pricing, searches for best pricing solution in order to maximize profitability of Air team with Capacity manager

Generate pricing campaigns

Generate country bid response, in particular qualification of bids, collecting & checking of pricing inputs

Risk taking with Country Head of Air and decision driving for pricing

Manages and Drives performance of a team of staff

Support execution of commercial Airfreight strategy in country

Route development

Other tasks assigned by your superior

We are looking for

Obsessive customer-centricity

Ability to work with good self-organisation, accuracy, and priority even under pressure

Strong interpersonal & communication skills with external & internal stakeholders

At least 7~10 year experience in airfreight operations and pricing

Native-level Korean, and business-level English communication skills (written & oral)

Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Excel

General numeric skills

Work overtime whenever there is a business need

Proactive/independent initiative & job ownership/commitment

"Can-do" attitude & willingness to learn and try new things

Mindset to always challenge status quo for improvements
