Aktivrentner / Praktiker auf Stundenbasis (m/w/d)

DEINE AUFGABE:

  • Werkzeugverwaltung: Werkzeuge sichten, sortieren und verwalten – was ist noch gut, was muss nachgeschliffen, was ersetzt oder entsorgt werden?
  • Rüst- und Werkzeugraum: Ordnung und Struktur schaffen, Werkzeugbestände organisieren und Werkzeuge für die Fertigung vorbereiten.
  • CNC-Fertigung: Beim Drehen, Fräsen, Schleifen oder Erodieren unterstützen – je nachdem, was du aus deiner aktiven Zeit mitbringst.
  • Wissen weitergeben: Jüngere Kollegen an Maschinen unterstützen, Tipps geben und jahrzehntelange Fertigungserfahrung weitergeben.
  • Montage: Mechanische Baugruppen montieren, demontieren, anpassen und komplettieren.
  • Qualitätskontrolle: Bauteile messen, prüfen und mit deinem geschulten Auge erkennen, wenn etwas nicht passt.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du hast Berufserfahrung in Metallverarbeitung, Zerspanung, Werkzeugbau, Maschinenbau, Montage, Instandhaltung, Qualität oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Du kennst Werkstatt, Maschinen, Werkzeuge und/oder mechanische Baugruppen aus der Praxis.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, sorgfältig und zuverlässig.
  • Du hast ein gutes Auge dafür, was gemacht werden muss – und packst an.
  • Du möchtest dein über Jahre aufgebautes Wissen weitergeben und jüngere Kollegen unterstützen.Du bist offen für unterschiedliche Aufgaben und bringst dich dort ein, wo deine Erfahrung gerade gebraucht wird.
  • Du hast Lust, weiterhin praktisch tätig zu sein – flexibel und auf Stundenbasis.
