You will be responsible for :

担当地区で設定された営業目標を達成する。

製品売上に重要な影響を及ぼす市場原理を十分理解し、具体的なビジネス・プランに反映させ、維持する。

担当製品の適応疾患の病態や製品作用の仕組みについての、臨床的、専門的、科学的知識を示す。

ターゲットDrを増やすことができる柔軟なフットワークを有する。

医師、医療従事者、患者、医療施設を含む、患者中心のパートナーシップモデルの実現を導く。

テリトリーの課題を解決するために効果的なセミナーを自ら企画・実行する。

専門医はもちろんKOLにも臆せず治療提案できるマインドとスキルを併せ持つ。

自身の成功体験や担当製品の情報提供を通じて得た知識やスキル 、失敗例も惜しみなく 他のメンバーにも共有 することで 、他社の成功にも貢献する 。

製品や市場戦略の改善のため、積極的に会社マネジメントと交流を図る。

効率的に時間やCRM、リソースや業務量を管理する。

TLL・MKT・MSLと いった社内のクロスファンクショナルなメンバーと 協業できる。

F2F面談だけでなくWeb面談・電話・メールなどのマルチチャネルを医療従事者に合わせてアクション をとることができる 。

チームワーク向上のため、誠実にメンバーとコミュニケーションを取る。

You will need to have:

MR資格保有者

5年以上の製薬企業における MR( 医薬情報担当者 ) 経験

3年以上の大学病院・基幹病院担当経験

3年以上の専門領域経験

宿泊、週末移動を伴う出張 可

普通自動車免許証（優良ドライバー）

医薬情報担当者認定（MR認定）

We would prefer for you to have:

3年以上の専門領域経験

神経領域疾患、点滴・注射系の製品を伴う重病専門を取り扱った経験

独立した環境およびチーム内で、自律して効率よく働く能力

製品および患者ニーズのエキスパートとして専門医を訪問し 、科学 的な 情報 提供活動を通じて 強固で専門的な関係を構築する能力

過去3年～5年以内に、生物薬剤の発売に関わった経験

希少疾患 経験

4年制大学卒業以上
