Wir suchen im Zuge einer Altersnachfolge eine neue Mitarbeiterin/ einen neuen Mitarbeiter für folgende Aufgaben:
- Finanzbuchhaltung mit Kontenrahmen SKR51 über eine Autohaussoftware angeschlossen an Datev
- Vorbereitung zur Lohnbuchhaltung inkl. Provisionsabrechnung der Verkäufer
- Rechnungslegung der Autoverkäufe bis zur Abrechnung und Kontrolle der Verkaufsakten
- Rechnungsprüfung/ Mahnwesen/ Versicherungsabrechnung
- Stammdatenpflege
- Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung
- Ansprechpartner\*in für Banken, Versicherungen, Berufsgenossenschaft, Ämter
Gesucht wird eine motivierte kaufmännische Allround-Kraft (m/w/d), die gerne eigenverantwortlich und selbstständig arbeiten möchte.
