Wir sind eine kleine, familiär geführte Verwaltung von Wohnimmobilien und suchen einen versierten Handwerker, der Malerarbeiten, ggf. auch Tockenbauarbeiten, sowie kleinere Sanitärarbeiten ausführen kann. Auch das Ablesen von Zählern, die Abnahme und Übergabe von Wohnungen, das Anbringen von Schildern an Briefkasten- und Klingelanlagen, ggf. Gartenarbeiten sowie die Kooperation mit Handwerksunternehmen sind Bestandteil der Tätigkeit.

Wir erwarten gute Fähigkeiten im Tapezieren und Anstreichen sowie handwerkliches Geschick in den üblichen bei der Bewirtschaftung von Wohnimmobilien anfallenden Aufgaben. Eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise ist wichtig und Freude an der Instandhaltung von Immobilien.

Wir bieten eine gute Arbeitsvorbereitung und Koordination der Aufgaben mit morgentlicher Besprechung, die Möglichkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten und einen Parktplatz für den privaten Pkw am Büro.
