  • Bearbeitung von E-Mails und Schriftverkehr
  • Telefonannahme und Kundenkontakt
  • Ablage und Pflege von Dokumenten
  • Dateneingabe und Bearbeitung von Unterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben
  • Allgemeine Unterstützung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft

  • Zuverlässigkeit, Freundlichkeit und Motivation
  • Eine sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
