Du unterstützt unsere Klientin in verschiedenen Bereichen ihres Alltags:

  • Unterstützung beim An- und Ausziehen
  • Hilfe bei der Körperpflege-
  • Assistenz beim Toilettengang-
  • Essen anreichen
  • Haushaltsführung und gemeinsames Kochen
  • Begleitung im Alltag, bei Freizeitaktivitäten oder gelegentlich im Urlaub
  • Es handelt sich um körpernahe Assistenz, jedoch keine Behandlungspflege.

### Arbeitszeiten

Die Dienste werden im Team flexibel geplant – Teilzeit, mit einem Stundenumfang von 60 bis 80 Stunden pro Monat.

Unter der Woche

  • 07:00 – 10:00 Uhr
  • 15:30 – 22:30 Uhr

Am Wochenende

  • 07:30 – 14:30 Uhr
  • Nachteinsatz 22:00 – 23:00 Uhr

Wir bieten Kompensatorische Assistenz. Das ist eine Leistung der Eingliederungshilfe (nach § 78 SGB IX) für Menschen mit Behinderungen, die Einschränkungen im Alltag direkt ausgleicht, ohne primär pädagogisch zu wirken. Sie unterstützt bei der Bewältigung des Alltags, der Kommunikation oder der Orientierung, um Selbstbestimmung zu ermöglichen.

  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur körpernahen Assistenz
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Mobilität
  • Sinn für Ordnung und Sauberkeit
  • Verständnis für Nähe und professionelle Distanz
  • Quereinsteiger\*innen sind herzlich willkommen.
  • Erfahrung in der Pflege ist hilfreich, aber keine Voraussetzung. Du wirst individuell eingearbeitet und angeleitet.
