Wir sind „Hand in Hand – Alltagsbegleitung“, ein anerkannter Anbieter für Unterstützungsleistungen im Alltag mit Sitz in Saarbrücken-Gersweiler. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zuverlässige und einfühlsame Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter in Teilzeit oder auf Minijobbasis.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Begleitung unserer Klientinnen und Klienten in deren häuslichem Umfeld
  • Unterstützung bei alltäglichen Aufgaben und im Haushalt
  • Begleitung bei Einkäufen, Arztbesuchen und Spaziergängen
  • Gemeinsame Gespräche und Beschäftigung
  • Unterstützung bei der Erhaltung von Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität
  • Keine körperbezogene Pflege

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Freude am Umgang mit älteren und unterstützungsbedürftigen Menschen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerschein der Klasse B und ein eigener Pkw
  • Erfahrungen in der Betreuung oder Alltagsbegleitung sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich. Auch Quereinsteigerinnen und Quereinsteiger sind willkommen.

Wir bieten:

  • Einen Stundenlohn von 15 Euro
  • Erstattung der dienstlich gefahrenen Kilometer mit 0,30 Euro je Kilometer
  • Flexible Beschäftigung in Teilzeit oder als Minijob
  • Überwiegende Arbeitszeiten montags bis freitags zwischen 8 und 19 Uhr
  • Eine sorgfältige Einarbeitung
  • Persönliche und wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten mit festen Klientinnen und Klienten
