### Aufgaben

  • Zusammenarbeit in einem innovativen und multiprofessionellen Team
  • Bedürfnisorientierte und individuelle Betreuung von Menschen mit und ohne Demenz (nach § 43b oder § 53c SGB XI) in Einzel- und Gruppenangeboten
  • Organisation und Durchführung von kleineren Kulturangeboten und Festen
  • EDV-gestützte Pflegedokumentation der erbrachten Betreuungsleistungen

### Profil

  • Sie sind ein/ -e qualifizierte Alltagsbegleiter\*in nach § 43b oder § 53c SGBXI
  • Sie sind kreativ und haben viele eigene Ideen
  • Sie haben Humor, sind flexibel und kommunikativ
  • Sie haben Spaß an der Arbeit mit Bewohner/Innen
