### Ihre Aufgaben:

Im Wohnpark am Rohrpfuhl (Florastr. 1, 12623 Berlin-Mahlsdorf) erfolgt die Pflege und Betreuung nach dem Hausgemeinschaftsprinzip. Im Bereich der Alltagsbegleitung als "Manager des Alltags" für 10 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner in einer Hausgemeinschaft suchen wir tatkräftige Unterstützung.

### Ihr Profil:

  • Qualifikation Pflegebasiskurs wünschenswert mit Betreuungsassistenz
  • Gerontopsychiatrische Zusatzqualifikation
  • organisatorische Kompetenzen für eine abwechslungsreiche Tagesgestaltung unserer Bewohner in einer Hausgemeinschaft
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude am Kochen
  • die Fähigkeit für ein gutes Miteinander
