Einsatzort: Wiesbaden und Umgebung | Branche: Haushalt & Betreuung | Start: ab sofort | Berufseinsteiger willkommen

Wir suchen zuverlässige Alltagshelfer (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung älterer und hilfsbedürftiger Menschen im Alltag – vor allem im Haushalt, aber auch für Begleitung und Besorgungen. Du arbeitest in einem engagierten Team, wohnortnah und mit flexibler Planung.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Haushaltsnahe Unterstützung: Reinigung, Wäsche, Ordnung
  • Hilfe beim Einkaufen und bei alltäglichen Erledigungen
  • Begleitung zu Terminen oder beim Spazierengehen

Deine Arbeitszeit:

  • Flexible Einsätze zwischen Montag und Freitag
  • Teilzeit ab 10 Std./Woche, auch Vollzeit oder Minijob möglich
  • Die Einsatzplanung erfolgt individuell mit dir – wohnortnah

Dein Profil:

  • Erste Erfahrung im Haushalt, in der Betreuung oder im sozialen Bereich wünschenswert
  • Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • Sorgfalt, Selbstständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Deutschkenntnisse ab A2 – weitere Sprachen willkommen
  • Quereinsteiger sind willkommen

Wir bieten:

  • Stundenlohn ab 16 €/Stunde, je nach Qualifikation steigend
  • Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten – z. B. Weiterbildung zur Betreuungskraft nach § 43b/53b SGB XI
  • Flexible und selbstständig planbare Wochenarbeitszeit
