Wir suchen eine engagierte und empathische Alltagshilfe/Hauswirtschaftskraft/Reinigungskraft (m/w/d) für unser Team, um ältere Menschen in ihrem Alltag zu unterstützen und zu entlasten. Unsere Arbeit ist geprägt von einer Kultur der Wertschätzung, des Respekts und der Fürsorge. Wir bieten eine umfassende Unterstützung an, um den Alltag unserer Kunden zu erleichtern und ihre Selbstständigkeit zu fördern.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei der Hauswirtschaft, wie z.B. Reinigung, Wäsche, Essenszubereitung und Bügeln
  • Begleitung und Entlastung im Alltag, wie z.B. bei Besorgungen, Botengängen und Einkäufen
  • Gesellschaft und Zeit zum Zuhören, um unsere Kunden nicht allein zu lassen
  • Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Betreuung, um die Angehörigen zu entlasten

Anforderungen:

  • Eine offene und empathische Persönlichkeit, die sich auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden einlassen kann
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Erfahrung in der Hauswirtschaft oder Pflege sind wünschenswert, aber nicht erforderlich
  • Führerschein: Fahrerlaubnis B PKW/Kleinbus ist erforderlich
  • Eine Qualifikation nach §53b SGB XI ist wünschenswert, aber nicht erforderlich
