- Lead engaging training sessions, demonstrations, office hours, workshops, and train-the-trainer programs, supported by reusable guides, videos, exercises, prompts, and learning materials.
- Lead and grow our AI Champion network, equipping Champions to support adoption, share best practices, identify opportunities, and reinforce responsible AI use across the organization.
- Facilitate discovery and ideation sessions to turn business problems into clear, testable AI use cases with defined outcomes and success measures.
- Build or support proofs of concept using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, and other approved tools, partnering with technical, security, data, and governance teams when needed.
- Track AI adoption, engagement, use-case progression, user feedback, and business outcomes to understand what’s working and where additional support is needed.
- Share results through dashboards, success stories, and executive-ready updates, continuously improving our AI enablement approach based on feedback and business needs.
You have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in AI enablement, technology adoption, learning and development, change management, digital transformation, consulting, innovation, or a related field.
- Experience delivering engaging training, workshops, demonstrations, or communities of practice to business audiences.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and practical familiarity with generative AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Experience with, or the technical curiosity and aptitude to learn, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry.
- The ability to translate business challenges into practical AI use cases, learning experiences, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, storytelling, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- The ability to build relationships across executive, business, and technical teams while making AI accessible to employees with different levels of experience.
- A curious, experimentation-focused mindset balanced with responsible AI practices and sound judgment.
