### Das Seniorenzentrum Am Pfortenplatz GmbH sucht ab sofort eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d).
Aufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche Erfüllung der anfallenden pflegerischen Aufgaben
- Korrekte, zeitnahe und gewissenhafte Eintragung in die Pflegedokumentation
- Durchführung von prophylaktischen Maßnahmen
- Ausführung ärztlicher Verordnungen und Informationen an den Arzt
- im Notfall Einleiten von Sofortmaßnahmen und Benachrichtigung des Arztes
- Pflege und Betreuung Sterbender
- Förderung von Kontakten der Bewohner untereinander
- Mithilfe bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter
- Ständige eigene Fortbildung
- Teilnahme an zentralen Veranstaltungen und Besprechungen
- Mitverantwortung für die Einhaltung von Ordnungs-, Hygiene-, Arbeitsschutz-, Unfallverhütungs-, Brandschutz- und Datenschutzvorschriften
