  • Ihre Aufgaben sind unter anderem:
  • Begleitung, Betreuung und Pflege der Bewohner
  • Sicherstellen einer bewohnerorientierten, individuellen pflegerischen Betreuung der pflegebedürftigen Menschen gemäß dem Hauskonzept, des Pflegeleitbildes und des Pflegemodells
  • Durchführung prophylaktischer Maßnahmen
  • Pflegedokumentation (EDV-gestützt)
  • Mitarbeit bei Maßnahmen der Qualitätssicherung
