Für unseren Kunden aus dem Bereich der stationären Altenpflege suchen wir ab sofort engagierte Altenpflegehelfer/in (m/w/d) im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung.

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei der Grundpflege (z. B. Körperpflege, An- und Auskleiden, Mobilisation)
  • Hilfe bei der Nahrungsaufnahme und Flüssigkeitsversorgung
  • Betreuung und Begleitung der Bewohner im Alltag
  • Förderung des Wohlbefindens und der Lebensqualität
  • Unterstützung des Pflegefachpersonals
  • Dokumentation einfacher Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Pflegestandards

## Ihr Profil:

  • Erste Erfahrung in der Pflege oder eine Qualifikation als Altenpflegehelfer/in wünschenswert
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Erforderlich: Führerschein Klasse B sowie eigener PKW
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zwingend erforderlich
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (inkl. Wochenenden und Feiertagen)
