  • Unsere Einrichtung, das Gertrud-Bucher-Haus in Westerburg sucht ab sofort in Voll- oder Teilzeit eine
  • Altenpflegehelfer/ Krankenpflegehelfer (m/w/d)
  • Das sind Deine Aufgaben: ✓ Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des Pflege- und Betreuungsprozesses
  • ✓ Mitverantwortung bei der Gestaltung der Wohnatmosphäre
  • ✓ Regelmäßige und konstruktive Teilnahme an Besprechungen
  • ✓ Durchführung von Maßnahmen der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • ✓ Beobachtung der Kundinnen im Hinblick auf die aktuelle Pflege- und Betreuungssituation
  • Das bringst Du mit: ✓ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger/in oder Krankenpfleger/in mit staatlicher Prüfung nach Landesrecht der Bundesländer und Erlaubnis zur Führung der Berufsbezeichnung
  • ✓ Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Sozialkompetenz
  • ✓ Selbstständiges Arbeiten, Übernehmen von Verantwortung
  • ✓ Motivation zur persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • ✓ Identifikation mit christlichen Werten
  • Das bieten wir Dir: ✓ Vergütung nach AVR.HN von 3011,00€ bis 3699,10€ in Abhängigkeit zum Stellenumfang und Berufserfahrung plus Zulagen und Sonderzahlung
