Für unsere Kunden, in Königs Wusterhausen, Bestensee, Heidesee und Mittenwalde, suchen wir stationär/ambulant einen Altenpflegehelfer (w/m/d) in Teilzeit.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Grundpflege: Sie helfen bei der Körperpflege, Nahrungsaufnahme, Ankleiden und Mobilisation der Pflegebedürftigen
- Behandlungspflege: Kontrolle der Vitalzeichen (z. B. Blutdruck, Puls) sowie die Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse
- Sie achten auf Veränderungen des Gesundheitszustandes, gehen mit der PDL in Rücksprache und leiten entsprechende Maßnahmen ein
Ihr Profil:
- Erfolgreich qualifizierter Abschluss im Bereich Pflege ( mind. 1jährige Ausbildung)
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Geronto
- Einfühlungsvermögen
- Empatisches Verhalten
- Teamfähigkeit
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Schichtbereitschaft (Früh- und Spätdienste)
- Führerschein Klasse B
