Wir legen Wert auf ein teamorientiertes und respektvolles Arbeitsklima, in dem unsere Mitarbeiter mit Freude und Einsatz ihre Aufgaben erfüllen.

Wir suchen dich, als Examinierte Pflegefachkraft, aber auch wenn du eine Pflegehilfskraft bist. Teil- oder Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben und Erwartungen an dir weißt du bestimmt schon und muss nicht alles hier aufzählen.

Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger/in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, außer wenn du eine Pflegehilfskraft bist.
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen.
  • Hohes Maß an Empathie, Einfühlungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und zum flexiblen Einsatz.

Wir als Einrichtung haben einiges zu bieten, außer nur gute Verkehrsanbindungen und Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Bei Interesse werde ich dir in ein vertrauliches Kennenlerngespräch alles erzählen.
