Wir suchen für unseren Seniorenwohnsitz Gut Wachholz mit derzeit 50 Plätzen zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine exam. Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d). Eine Beschäftigung ist in unserem familiengeführten Betrieb in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit möglich. Gerne stellen wir auch Berufseinsteiger/innen oder Wiedereinsteiger/innen ein.

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Altenpflege ist wünschenswert; zwingend erforderlich ist eine abgeschlossene 3jährige Ausbildung
  • Ein Führerschein und Pkw (zum Erreichen der Arbeitsstelle) ist erforderlich, eine Pkw-Überlassung ist auch zur privaten Nutzung möglich

Wir bieten:

  • Einstellung in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (ab 15 Wochenstunden)
  • alle denkbaren Arbeitszeitmodelle sind möglich; so auch ein "Muttidienst" ab 7:30 Uhr oder ein Teildienst (bspw. von 6-10 Uhr, 8-12:30 Uhr oder 18-22 Uhr)
  • unbefristete Einstellung
  • verlässige Dienstplanung
  • Gehalt ab 24,50 EUR - je nach Berufserfahrung auch höher, zuzüglich Sonn-Feiertags- und Nachtzuschlägen
  • betriebliche Fortbildungen
  • Gesundheitsleistungen bis zu 250€/Jahr z.B. für eine Brille
