In unserem Altenpflegeheim Sankt Georg Stiftung in Hadmersleben geben wir in ländlicher Umgebung älteren Menschen ein würdevolles Zuhause.

Wir suchen Sie als Pflegefachkräfte für unser Haus.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen u.a.

  • Behandlungspflege der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner in allen Pflegegraden
  • Pflegedokumentation

Sie bringen mit:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Altenpfleger/in oder Pflegefachmann/frau
  • gern erste Berufserfahrung
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • soziale Kompetenz, Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten

Die Beschäftigung mit Früh- und Spätdiensten kann in Vollzeit (39 Wochenstunden) oder Teilzeit ausgeübt werden. Nachtdienste sind nur gelegentlich erforderlich (bei Ausfall der Dauernachtwache).

  • Die Vergütung erfolgt nach Tarifvertrag AVR.
  • Wir zahlen ein 13. Monatsgehalt sowie zusätzliche betriebliche Altersvorsorgebeiträge, 31 Tage Jahresurlaub.

Die Befristung ist AVR üblich. Eine Übernahme in ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis wird angestrebt.
