Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie sind zuständig für die Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Sie sind zuständig für die Medikamentenvergabe nach ärztlicher Anordnung
  • Sie dokumentieren die Pflegeprozesse und -Maßnahmen
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben eine Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als: Altenpfleger (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d), Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachmann (m/w/d)
  • Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
  • Sie haben das Herz am rechten Fleck
  • Sie besitzen Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Sie sind für Schichtarbeit und auch Wochenenddiensten
