Deine Aufgaben
- Planung & Durchführung der individuellen Pflege
- Unterstützung bei Körperpflege, Mobilisation & Ernährung
- Medikamentenvergabe nach ärztlicher Anordnung
- Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse
Dein Profil
- Ausbildung als Gesundheits- & Krankenpfleger (m/w/d)
- Altenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
- Empathie & Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
- Teamgeist, Flexibilität & Zuverlässigkeit
- Bereitschaft für Schicht- & Wochenendarbeit
