Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege mit Blick auf individuelle Bedürfnisse
  • Unterstützung bei Körperpflege, Mobilisation und Ernährung, immer mit Würde und Geduld
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller Pflegemaßnahmen als wichtiger Bestandteil der Qualitätssicherung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und dem gesamten Pflegeteam

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder Pflegefachkraft
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Empathie im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
