Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie sind zuständig für die Durchführung von pflegerischen Tätigkeiten nach den individuellen Bedürfnissen der Patienten
  • Sie sind zuständig für die Medikamentenvergabe nach ärztlicher Anordnung
  • Sie dokumentieren die Pflegeprozesse und -Maßnahmen
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzteteams
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als: Altenpfleger, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Pflegefachkraft
  • Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
  • Sie haben das Herz am rechten Fleck
  • Sie besitzen Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Sie sind für Schichtarbeit und auch Wochenenddiensten
