Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Eigenverantwortlichkeit für vollständige Pflegedokumentationen
  • Verantwortlichkeit für die Kontrolle und Darreichung der Medikamente
  • Einhaltung der Pflege- und Hygienestandards
  • Übergabe an das Frühdienst-Team (Schichtübergabe)

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger, Gesundheits- & Krankenpfleger oder Pflegefachkraft
  • Du hast Empathie & Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Du bist flexibel
  • Du bist bereit auch an den Wochenenden zu arbeiten
