Deine Aufgaben als Altenpfleger (m/w/d):

  • Individuelle und ganzheitliche Pflege sowie Betreuung von Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern
  • Unterstützung bei der Alltagsgestaltung und Förderung von Selbstständigkeit
  • Pflegedokumentation und enge Zusammenarbeit im Pflegeteam

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
