IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Betreuung und liebevolle Pflege der Bewohner
  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Kontrolle von Vitalzeichen und Dokumentation der Pflege
  • Unterstützung bei Körperpflege, Anziehen und Mobilität
  • Hilfe bei der Nahrungsaufnahme und Flüssigkeitsversorgung
  • Ansprechpartner für Bewohner und Angehörige
  • Pflegedokumentation und Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Gestaltung von Aktivitäten und Förderung der Lebensqualität
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten und Therapeuten

IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d),
  • Altenpfleger (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) oder
  • Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann (m/w/d)
  • Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude am Beruf
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (Früh-, Spät- und ggf. Nachtdienst)
