  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Professionelle Grund- und Behandlungspflege älterer Menschen
  • Individuelle Betreuung und Förderung der Bewohner:innen
  • Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen nach aktuellen Standards
  • Zusammenarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team
  • Begleitung von Arztvisiten und Umsetzung ärztlicher Anordnungen
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft oder Altenpfleger:in
  • Berufserfahrung in der stationären oder ambulanten Altenpflege wünschenswert
  • Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
  • Wir suchen Altenpfleger (m/w/d), Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder Pflegekraft (m/w/d)
