Deine Aufgaben als Altenpfleger (m/w/d)
✓ Du führst die Grund- und Behandlungspflege nach höchsten Standards durch.
✓ Du verabreichst Medikamente präzise und dokumentierst diese sorgfältig.
✓ Du planst und dokumentierst die Pflege auf professionellem Niveau.
✓ Du arbeitest kollegial mit Ärzten und Fachkräften zusammen, betreust und berätst Bewohner sowie Angehörige.
✓ Du sorgst für das Wohlbefinden und die Lebensqualität der betreuten Personen.

Dein Profil als Altenpfleger (m/w/d)
✓ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
✓ Einfühlsame und empathische Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Arbeit mit Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern.
✓ Du verfügst über eine zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise, insbesondere im Umgang mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen.
✓ Du bringst organisatorische Fähigkeiten mit, um Pflegeprozesse strukturiert und sicher zu gestalten.
✓ Du arbeitest zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst nach geltenden Qualitäts- und Pflegestandards, um eine sichere Versorgung der Bewohner sicherzustellen.
