für die stationäre Versorgung unserer Bewohner/innen.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Durchführung von Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Führen der Pflegedokumentation
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Bewohner/innen Angehörige und Betreuer/innen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und externen Dienstleistern

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft
  • Empathie
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • selbstständige Arbeitsweise
