Unser familiäres Pflegeheim betreut 52 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner mit viel Herz, Respekt und Professionalität. Wir legen großen Wert auf eine würdevolle Pflege, ein gutes Miteinander im Team und eine angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Dokumentation der Pflegeleistungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Alltagsgestaltung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und Angehörigen
  • Einhaltung der Pflege- und Qualitätsstandards

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger/in (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachkraft
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
