Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die pädagogische Betreuung, Förderung und
  • Erziehung in unterschiedlichen Altersgruppen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Bildungsangeboten und
  • Freizeitaktivitäten zur individuellen Förderung

Beobachtung und Dokumentation der Entwicklung

  • Unterstützung und Beratung von Eltern in erzieherischen und
  • entwicklungsbezogenen Fragen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher (m/w/d) oder eine
  • vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und die Fähigkeit, deren
  • Entwicklung positiv zu beeinflussen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kreativität und Flexibilität in der Gestaltung von
  • Bildungsangeboten
