  • Für unseren Kunden im Raum Memmingen / Allgäu suchen wir einen engagierten Altenpfleger / Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung in der stationären Altenpflege.
  • In dieser Position übernehmen Sie verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben in der Pflege und Betreuung von Bewohnern und tragen aktiv zur Lebensqualität im Alltag bei.

Deine Aufgaben als Altenpfleger (m/w/d)

  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Betreuung und Pflege von Bewohnern im Pflegeheim
  • Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses
  • Unterstützung bei der Alltagsgestaltung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten und therapeutischen Fachkräften
  • Sicherstellung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

Das erwarten wir

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger, Pflegefachmann / Pflegefachfrau (m/w/d)
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
