  • Dokumentation und Umsetzung der Pflegeprozesse
  • Beratung und Begleitung von Angehörigen
  • Selbstständiges und verantwortungsvolles Arbeiten im Team
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten, Wundexpert\*innen und Palliativteams.
