PharmaBlue accompagne les laboratoires pharmaceutiques innovants afin de faciliter l'accès des patients à des traitements surs, efficaces et innovants, notamment dans le cadre de besoin médicaux non couverts.

Responsabilités :

Au sein de l’équipe affaires scientifiques, vous participerez au suivi opérationnel des programmes d’accès précoce et compassionnel (AAP/AAC) en lien avec les professionnels de santé, les patients et les laboratoires partenaires.

Vos missions seront notamment :

  • Assurer le suivi administratif et opérationnel des dossiers patients ;
  • Vérifier et compléter les informations transmises dans les formulaires d’inclusion et de suivi ;
  • Échanger avec les professionnels de santé afin d’obtenir les éléments manquants ou nécessaires au traitement des demandes ;
  • Participer au suivi des commandes et à la coordination logistique avec les différents interlocuteurs ;
  • Mettre à jour les bases de données et outils de suivi (tracking, e-CRF, reporting) ;
  • Répondre aux demandes entrantes par téléphone ou par mail et orienter les demandes vers les services concernés si nécessaire ;
  • Contribuer au contrôle qualité des données et au suivi des activités projets ;
  • Participer à la rédaction et au suivi de documents administratifs et scientifiques ;
  • Travailler en collaboration avec des équipes multiculturelles dans un environnement international et dynamique.

Profil :

Vous préparez une formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 dans le domaine scientifique, santé, gestion de projets ou coordination administrative, et vous recherchez une alternance professionnalisante dans un environnement international.

Vous êtes :

Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et à l’aise avec la gestion de plusieurs sujets en parallèle ;

Doté(e) d’un bon relationnel et d’une excellente communication écrite et orale ;

À l’aise dans les échanges avec différents interlocuteurs (équipes internes, professionnels de santé, partenaires) ;

Curieux(se), dynamique et motivé(e) à évoluer dans le secteur de la santé ;

À l’aise avec les outils bureautiques (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) ;

Capable d’évoluer dans un environnement anglophone professionnel.
