Nous recherchons un Commercial & Marketing Digital (H/F) pour préparer une formation diplômante en alternance au sein de notre entreprise partenaire spécialisée dans les clubs de sport premium .

Description des missions

Au sein du club, vous interviendrez sur des missions commerciales, marketing et digitales.

Développement commercial

Vente d’abonnements et négociation commerciale

Relance téléphonique des prospects

Qualification et gestion de la base de données CRM

Actions de fidélisation des adhérents

Gestion des impayés et des résiliations

Communication & marketing digital

Community management

Création de contenus pour les réseaux sociaux

Gestion du site internet et de l’application mobile

Suivi de l’e-réputation

Vie du club

Participation à la gestion du club

Conseil et accompagnement des adhérents

Participation au développement des projets du club

Profil recherché

Motivé(e) et investi(e)

Sens du relationnel et esprit d’équipe

Autonome et rigoureux(se)

Esprit créatif et prise d’initiative

Intérêt pour le sport et l’univers du fitness
