ESG IMMOBILIER , spécialiste de la formation , recherche pour son entreprise partenaire, dans le domaine de l’Immobilier, un.e consultant.e en location en contrat d’alternance.

Missions :

Rattaché(e) à l’équipe location, vous serez chargé(e) de :

- Réponse aux appels de l'agence

- Etude de solvabilité des candidats locataires

- Montage des dossiers de candidature

- Visite des biens

- Rédaction des baux

- Fixation état des lieux d'entrée

- Rentrée de mandats de gestion en observation

- Découverte de la technique sur les gestions : travaux, sinistres, restitution dépôts de garantie

- Mise à jour d'assurance et de contrats d'entretien

Profil :

Nous recherchons un profil titulaire d’un BAC+3 dans le domaine du commerce ou de l’immobilier.

Compétences :

Solides capacités relationnelles et rédactionnelles.

Qualités personnelles :

Dynamisme , rigueur, organisation et autonomie.

Esprit d’équipe et orientation satisfaction client.

Lieu de l'alternance : Bordeaux (33)

Type de contrat : Apprentissage

Formation : Aucun frais ne sera à la charge des candidats

Rémunération selon niveau d'études + âge

Rentrée : Septembre / Octobre
