Description :

ESG, spécialiste de la formation depuis plus de 5 0 ans, recherche pour son entreprise partenaire, dans le domaine du Bâtiment, un.e Alternant(e) en Communication Digitale en contrat d’alternance.

Missions :

Dans le cadre du développement de sa communication digitale, nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) en communication autonome, créatif( ve ) et force de proposition, capable de gérer la communication de A à Z .

Gestion et animation des réseaux sociaux :

Gestion complète des comptes Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (et potentiellement TikTok ).

Élaboration d’un calendrier éditorial , programmation et animation quotidienne des publications.

Réponse aux commentaires, messages privés et veille sur les tendances du secteur.

Création de contenu :

Captation photo et vidéo sur chantiers (téléphone, drone), montage et création de visuels

Création de supports digitaux

Gestion de la e-réputation et du site internet :

Suivi et réponse aux avis

Mise à jour du site internet : contenus, photos, réalisations, actualités, collaboration avec le prestataire web.

Communication globale & développement :

Proposition d’actions de communication complémentaires

Suivi des performances (engagement, visibilité, croissance) et reporting régulier des actions menées.

  • Profil :
  • Nous recherchons un(e) étudiant(e) en communication, marketing digital ou équivalent (BAC+2 minimum), à l’aise avec les réseaux sociaux et les outils digitaux.

Compétences :

Bon sens relationnel et rédactionnel, maîtrise des outils digitaux et des réseaux sociaux.

Capacité à travailler en autonomie tout en respectant une ligne éditoriale ; intérêt pour le terrain apprécié. Permis B apprécié (déplacements sur chantiers).

Qualités personnelles :

Créatif( ve ) , curieux(se), autonome et organisé(e).

Force de proposition et sens du détail.

Lieu de l’alternance : Tours (Centre Val de Loire)

Type de contrat : Apprentissage

Formation : Aucun frais ne sera à la charge des candidats
