Wir suchen Mitarbeiter/innen für die Oberflächenbearbeitung bzw. Lackierer Karosserietechnik etc. (m/w/d) (sowohl Fachkräfte, als auch Helfer!)

  • für folgende Aufgaben:
  • -Vorbereiten und filigranes Schleifen und Reinigen der Aluminiumfelgen zur Oberflächenbeschichtung mittels Epoxid
  • Prüfen der Felgen auf Beschädigungen wie z.B. Kratzer, Macken und Entfernung dieser mittels maschineller Unterstützung
  • Entlacken von Aluminiumrädern
  • Zuordnen von Radtypen im EDV-System
  • gelegentlich auf Kundenanfrage Montage im Umkreis von ca. 300 km

je nach Qualifikation auch:

  • Beschichten von Aluminiumfelgen durch Pulver- und Nasslackbeschichtung (Wasserbasis)
  • Epoxid und Acrylbeschichtung in Pulverform sowie wasserbasierte Beschichtung mittels manueller Lackierpistolen
  • Polier- und Schleifarbeiten von Fehlstellen
  • Endprüfung und Verpackung der gefertigten Teile

Ihr Profil:

  • gute Kenntnisse in der Pulverbeschichtung
  • stark ausgeprägtes optisches Zuordnungsvermögen visueller Farbdifferenzen
  • filigranes, taktiles Empfindungsvermögen
  • handwerkliches Geschick
  • Durchhaltevermögen, körperliche Belastbarkeit
