  • Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung
  • Vorrichten und Schweißen nach Zeichnungen von Aluminium Großbaugruppen
  • Schweißparameter nach WPS, sowie Konstruktionsanforderungen wählen
  • Baugruppen gemäß Vorgaben des Schweißfolgeplans vorwärmen und schweißen, wobei der Schweißverzug so gering wie möglich zu halten ist
  • Richten der Bauteile
  • Schweißen in Zwangsposition und Zwangslage
  • Persönliche Anforderungen und Sozialkompetenzen
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Konstruktionsmechaniker, Schweißer und Industriemechaniker
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Aluminiumverarbeitung
  • Schweißprüfungen nach Din EN ISO 9606-2 (kann vor Beginn noch abgelegt werden)
