Responsibilities

• •Manage and process payroll for employees across the organization, ensuring accurate and timely payments
• •Provide support and guidance to employees on payroll-related inquiries and issues
• •Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• •Maintain and update payroll records and documentation
• •Assist in the implementation and optimization of payroll systems and processes
• •Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll operations and procedures

Requirements

• •Minimum 3 years of experience in a payroll specialist or similar role
• •Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
• •Proficient in using payroll software and related systems
• •Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
