Wir suchen für unsere ambulante Versorgung „Kastanienhaus“ Seniorenzentrum in 39317 Güsen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine zuverlässige und herzliche Unterstützung als

Pflegehelfer/in (m/w/d) für 40 Stunden pro Woche

Unser Kastanienhaus steht für ein wertschätzendes Miteinander, Herzlichkeit und hohe Qualität – nicht nur in unserer Einrichtung mit 70 Bewohnern, sondern auch in der ambulanten Betreuung zu Hause. Zur Verstärkung unseres ambulanten Dienstes suchen wir eine motivierte Persönlichkeit, die mit Freude unsere Klienten Zuhause pflegerisch versorgt.

\*Unsere Konditionen\*

  • Die Einsatzorte befinden sich in Güsen, Hohenseeden, Zerben. Gerne nehmen wir jemanden mit Erfahrung und die Zusatzqualifizierung „Techniken der Behandlungspflege“, Quereinsteiger ist aber auch möglich und wir würden dann die Zusatzqualifizierung für die Behandlungspflege finanzieren.
  • Ein Dienstwagen wird gestellt.

Lohn/ Gehalt: ab 17,92 € / Stunde

  • Zzgl. Pflegezulage: 125,00 € pro Monat
  • Jahressonderzahlung 72 %
  • Zuschläge für Sonntags- und Feiertagsarbeit
  • Übernahme der KITA-Kosten nach der Probezeit

Arbeitszeiten immer im Wechsel:

  • Woche: 07:00 Uhr – 12:30 Uhr; Wochenende frei
  • Woche: 07:00 Uhr – 12:30 Uhr und 17:00 Uhr – 19:00 Uhr

Wir haben Bezugspflege, das bedeutet, dass möglichst immer der gleiche Patientenstamm versorgt wird.
