Job Description

Your Role

• •Creation, modification, and revision of AMM (Aircraft Maintenance Manual) content for Airbus aircraft programs .
• •Develop and update maintenance procedures in accordance with Airbus documentation standards and guidelines.
• •Airbus tool experience is mandatory.
• •Good understanding of Airbus standards, tools, processes, and technical publication guidelines .
• •Analyze engineering source data, drawings, specifications, and change requests to develop accurate AMM content.
• •Perform impact analysis and incorporate technical changes into the relevant maintenance procedures.
• •Ensure technical content meets quality, accuracy, consistency, and compliance requirements.
• •Coordinate with engineering teams, illustrators, reviewers, and other stakeholders for technical clarifications.
• •Guide and mentor Junior Authors/Preparators/Proofreaders when required.

Your Profile

• •6+ Years of experience in AMM Authoring for Airbus aircraft programs .
• •Strong knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Manual structure, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation .
• •Hands-on experience working with Airbus technical publication processes and authoring environment .
• •Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, source data, and other engineering documents .
• •Experience in source data analysis, technical analysis, and impact analysis .
• •Good understanding of engineering changes and their impact on technical publications .
• •Experience in XML/SGML-based technical documentation and authoring tools will be an advantage.
• •Strong attention to detail with good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• •Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality.
• •Experience mentoring team members and supporting process improvement initiatives will be an added advantage.
