We are looking for an analytical, organised and meticulous individual to manage accounts payable enquiries received via email and ticketing systems. This role requires the ability to investigate each case, provide clear and timely responses, and follow up until resolution, whilst maintaining high standards of service in a high-volume operation. Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding balances. Manage a high-volume workload of 70 to 100 emails per day, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries. Investigate requests through SAP research, supporting documentation review, and detailed analysis of available information. Identify and resolve issues related to blocked invoices, payment delays, balance discrepancies, and other Accounts Payable exceptions. Provide clear, accurate, and solution-oriented responses that effectively address the root cause of each inquiry. Partner with Invoice Processing and Payment teams to drive resolution of complex cases requiring cross-functional support. Maintain accurate records of actions taken, ensuring tickets are properly documented and monitored through closure. Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements that reduce response times, increase efficiency, and minimize rework. • Deep Understanding of E-commerce: Experience working with e-commerce platforms and processes, including order processing and payment systems, is beneficial for this role. Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends would be advantageous in optimizing procurement operations. • Global Payments Expertise: Exposure to global payment systems and processes, including international payment methods and regulations, would be valuable in ensuring seamless and efficient procurement operations. • Contract Management Knowledge: Familiarity with contract management principles and practices, including contract negotiation and administration, would be beneficial in managing procurement transactions and ensuring compliance.
