  • Key job responsibilities
  • - Gerenciar o fluxo de entrada e saída de veículos;
  • - Comunicar-se com os supervisores da área e escalar riscos relacionados à coleta (pick-up) ou saída de veículos (departure);
  • - Acompanhar e monitorar indicadores de qualidade do processo;
  • - Facilitar a comunicação entre as múltiplas áreas da operação;
  • - Criar e acompanhar tickets para resolver problemas com transportadores;
  • - Garantir o acoplamento dos veículos nas docas conforme a fila e o horário agendado;
  • - Assegurar que os processos de segurança no pátio sejam seguidos por associados e motoristas.

Basic qualifications

  • - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • - Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • - Advanced technical degree, or Bachelor's degree

Preferred qualifications

- Experience in logistics, or experience in an operational role
